Sasha kept me safe and taught me to trust my inner voice, and most importantly, how to use it. Not something I was ever good at, but, once given the tools and confidence to use them, it is a new skill I am owning and using. Memories which no longer serve me have been broken down and smashed away, and I feel I can truly embrace this journey I'm on, and fully allow myself to grow as a new mother. "...I received a closing of the bones ceremony from her (Sasha) as part of her care. Sasha's ever calm and nurturing presence made me feel comfortable and able to lean into the moment. There were two stand out points that came away with me after the ceremony. Firstly, feeling the vibrations of the drum throughout my body helped me tune into my body and how I was feeling in that moment. "I wasn’t sure what to expect from a COB ceremony. Sasha was so supportive and accommodating in working around my sleeping newborn so that I could switch off and embrace the process as much as possible. It was so nice to be touched and held in a way that required no reciprocation. There was joy, tears and sensations I knew I needed to move through as I healed from previous birth trauma and anxiety.
