A sacred, energetic service for women who are ready to connect with their body and stand in their power. A Sacral Somatic Session is an ancient practice that serves women, holding them with reverence, compassion and unconditional love.

Yoni is a Sanskrit word meaning "Sacred Space" and represents a woman's reproductive and sexual anatomy.

As a 'Temple of She' Practitioner, Sasha has completed Gold Standard Sacral Somatic Training with mentor and practitioner, Amy Towle. As a part of Sasha's training, she completed 8 Sacral Somatic Sessions and this training focused on the following four elements: Personal, Sexual, Spiritual and Professional Development. Sasha shares that this training has been incredibly empowering and humbling, and feels it is an honour to work with each woman that chooses to say Yes to this sacred experience.

Connection Touch Massage:

A Connection Touch Massage is a 2 hour experience that includes the following:

Welcome, explanation and opportunity to ask questions.
Setting your intention for the ceremony eg. calling in more self-love, “me time”, pleasure etc.
Disrobing ceremony, as You undress, you are invited to release patterns, behaviours and energies that are no longer needed in your life.
Full back massage including arms, shoulders, back, buttocks and legs.
Full front massage including face, hair, neck, shoulders, breasts, belly, legs.
There is no genital touch.
Dressing ceremony, as You redress, you are invited to call in the thoughts, patterns and beliefs that You want to bring into your life moving forward.
Integration, debrief and discussion with Sasha.
A follow up with Sasha is included (if desired) and arranged at 1-2 weeks after your Connection Touch Massage.
The massage techniques used throughout the session, include firm and light touch.

Sacral Somatic Session:

A Sacral Somatic Session is a 3 hour experience that includes the following:

Welcome, explanation and opportunity to ask questions.
Setting your intention for the ceremony eg. calling in more self-love, “me time”, pleasure etc.
Disrobing ceremony, as You undress, you are invited to release patterns, behaviours and energies that are no longer needed in your life.
Full back touch including arms, shoulders, back, buttocks and legs.
Full front touch including face, hair, neck, shoulders, breasts, belly, legs.
External Yoni (Vulva) mapping if full body consent is given.
Internal Yoni (Vaginal) mapping if full body consent is given.
Dressing ceremony, as You redress, you are invited to call in the thoughts, patterns and beliefs that You want to bring into your life moving forward.
Integration, debrief and discussion with Sasha.
A follow up with Sasha is included and arranged at 1-2 weeks after your Sacral Somatic Session.
The touch techniques used throughout the session, include firm and light touch.

Benefits of Sacral Somatic Session:

Women get Sacral Somatic Sessions for many unique and different reasons, these may include:

Becoming aware of the different areas of the external Yoni (Vulva) such as the Clitoris, Clitoral Hood, Perineum and Inner and Outer Labia.

Awareness of the internal Yoni such as the vaginal canal, G-Spot, A-Spot, Skene’s Gland, P-Spot and Cervix.

Sasha can show You where each of these places are so that You have an awareness to these areas.

This is known as Yoni mapping.

To release tension held within the vagina, this may include firmer touch (with consent) with movement or stillness on different areas that may include ligaments, tendons, and tender spots within the vagina or externally on the vulva.

This is known as De armouring.

To experience pleasure and sensations. This can help with numbness of the internal and external Yoni.

To find their voices and express themselves. A Sacral Somatic Session requires full body verbal consent from the Woman, this means that the Woman checks in with her mind, her heart, and her Yoni when asked if she gives permission for Sasha to touch the outside and inside of her Yoni. This needs to be a clear yes or no answer. If there is any doubt or hesitation, then it’s a no. We can then explore that no with zero expectation of changing it. Just a curiosity and awareness of what is presenting in that moment.

Curiosity, wanting to know more about herself as a woman, her pleasure and her anatomy.

Body positivity, being held with no expectations or judgements. This time is all about the Woman, her needs and wants. She is held in love and reverence by Sasha as the beautiful woman she is.

Your booking will not be confirmed until full payment is received, payment plans are available. All Sacral Somatic Sessions & Connection Touch Massages are offered at Soul Spectrum in North Lakes on Sundays ONLY or Sacred Moon Midwifery in Bray Park on weekdays. Please note this service will only be offered every couple of months due to Sasha’s commitments as an on call midwife.

Upon booking you will be required to read and sign a disclaimer and answer some questions so that Sasha can prepare for you and any health requirements you may have.

Frequently asked questions:

What if I have my period during my Session?

Sasha shares that she has experienced a Sacral Somatic Session whilst bleeding and describes it as an incredible process. Sasha accepts all of you and however you show up on the day, trust that this is how you were meant to receive.

Please note there are wet wipes and a towel available to use after your session if you desire.

Do you use gloves?

Sasha shares the following: "As a part of my Sacral Somatic Training, we were recommended to give and receive a session with gloves so that we could experience the difference. As the practitioner offering this service and a Midwife I could not bring myself to put the gloves on as I felt it would change the energy from spiritual to clinical and this felt inappropriate for the woman’s experience.

As a woman who has received a Sacral Somatic Session with gloves, this experience brought up past births and I was activated negatively by the sounds and feel of the gloves on my skin.

This experience has assisted me in knowing that I will not be offering Sacral Somatic Sessions or Connection Touch Massage with gloves unless absolutely necessary by the woman in which I would encourage further discussion prior".

Should I have a shower prior to my arrival?

Whilst it is not compulsory it is recommended to shower prior to your arrival.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

No refunds are available for cancellations however you can reschedule your booking to the next available date that suits you. If the cancellation has been made within two weeks (14 days) of your booking there will be a $125.00 fee deducted from your payment to cover the room hire.
